Responsibilities and Duties
- Share the common concept – people who believe in treating others as we would have them treat us.
- Has belief in Inbound & Outbound Marketing.
- Substantial knowledge of social media, content marketing, and how to generate inbound leads.
- Identify solid partnerships with Real Estate Agents for additional business extensions.
- Broaden platform and lead generation with Online Travel Partners and travel distribution channels.
- Able to define the LRMB brand and drive change throughout the marketing and sales practices of the company.
- Assisting in developing and implementing a capture strategy for new business opportunities.
- The ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejections daily.
- Research and establish partnerships with local associations such as the Chamber of Commerce and other local partnerships.
- Research and set up partnership meetings with preferred vendors/suppliers and major event organizers.
- Create relationships with major consortia and enterprise travel agencies (GPOs) to help implement strategies with partnerships.
- Define an ideal owner profile and qualify which owners are a good fit (and which are not).
- Perform market analysis, identify opportunities, develop, and execute capture plans, and monitor competitor activity for each capture.
- Assisting and preparing weekly and quarterly reports.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on all agreements.
- And other duties needed to help fulfill our Mission and abide by our Organization’s Values.
